Green Movement Going Strong
The ever evolving eco-friendly movement has taken on a new wave of change in terms of trends amongst customers and businesses.
Consumers are looking for the next big thing when it comes to eco-friendly products
and are no longer just okay with something being called "green."
They now want to know why and are seeking out specialty items that take the green impact further in all stages of production
and manufacturing.
The September issue of Corporate Logo believes that clients have become more picky
and knowledgeable about the products that they are looking for.
The average consumer is now educated about the various processes, practices, and materials
that are associated with eco-friendly products and are making it a point to seek these items out
and determine that these products meet the standards claimed.
The raised awareness of the green movement has also increased the demand for these goods in the market.
With expanded choices and continually growing need, the green market is opening up many new doors.
Alo is well known for bringing the importance of being green to all aspects of our company.
From the way we live to what we wear, Alo constantly raises the bar on its green standards.

Moisture Wicking Raises Interest
According to the September issue of Wearables, moisture wicking has become an extremely popular product technology
that customers look for when they are choosing performance wear.
Moisture wicking apparel draws moisture away from the body to the garment's surface where it can evaporate,
keeping the wearer comfortable and dry.
Polyester and nylon tend to be the two best fabrics for these wicking capabilities
and create most of the garments that are ideal for high performance activities.
Alo performance wear boasts a unique CoolFit dry wicking capability that will keep you cool and comfortable.
Many of Alo's amazing performance styles features this CoolFit capability including woman's style W3003 Half Zip Pullover.
This style is perfect for the fall season and will keep you comfortable in all your activities.

Children's Wear Going Strong
Despite all the financial awareness revolving around the market these days, one clothing market remains unaffected
and that is children's wear.
Parents are known to spend money on their kids even when they are following budgets.
The September issue of Wearables says that kid's wear is a necessity
and parents will keep buying their children new clothing even during an economic downturn.
This part of the market isn't as affected as other luxury market outlets.
Not only are parents willing to spend extra money on their children,
but they are looking for new materials and luxurious fabrics for them as well.
Parents who are becoming more eco-conscious in their activities want to spread the same type of practices
and knowledge to their own children and look for new organic and earth-friendly materials to purchase for them.
Children are learning about the environment and how to lessen their carbon footprint more these days,
so it is only natural that children's wear become reflective of these active social changes.
Bella offers adorable organic children's wear for both babies and toddlers.
These sustainable pieces are not only good for the environment, but are soft and chic for babies and toddlers alike.

Cupcakes for Cancer
Bella recently participated in a fundraiser for local nonprofit organization Cupcakes for Cancer.
This amazing group is headed by 13-year-old Blakely Colvin who started cupcake bake sales in her neighborhood
to support a fellow classmate in his battle with leukemia.
Blakely and her "cupcake crew" raised $5000 in six weeks during the onset of this endeavor.
Now Blakely and her team continues to raise money for cancer patients through local bake sales
and is spreading the word to get these fundraisers started across the country.
Bella congratulates Blakely and everyone involved with "Cupcakes for Cancer" for their efforts
and is eager to hear about the continued success of such a wonderful cause.

It might surprise you, but there are many ways that you can have a more 'green' Halloween this year.
Easy steps such as the ones below are sure to get you in the holiday spirit while allowing you to feel good about your choices.

Buy Organic - Pumpkin carving is always a highlight of the season.
Make sure your pumpkins are organic and locally grown to support green practices.
|
|
2

Do-It-Yourself - Have your children use canvas or felt bags for trick-or-treating instead of plastic buckets.
You can turn this into a fun activity by allowing them to decorate the bags themselves with non-toxic paints.

Buy Used - Most Halloween costumes are only worn once.
Lessen your impact by recycling a used costume and making it your own.
|
|
4

Get Inspired - There are many ways for you to decorate around the house while remaining eco-friendly.
Take a look around the house and let your imagination run wild.
