A local Los Angeles Non-Profit has created a program to help feed kid's minds while reducing waste at the same time.
Trash for Teaching gathers donations such as clean fabrics, spools, buttons etc.
from local industries and creates "castaway kits" from these spare materials
that serve as educational tools for young children.
When children receive these kits, they are encouraged to let their imagination run wild and create whatever they can dream up...
and for the children, the possibilities are endless.
